For a major name in pastry in Australia, we are looking for a French Pastry Chef to train our local pastry chefs (Commis de cuisine level) for a week on the new Pastry menu of our chain of French tea rooms. Beforehand, the pastry chef will have proposed a new menu mixing our two cultures, Australian and French, to create an original range. The Chef will train the local brigade on the 10 new French pastries specially created for the brand.
