We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional with strong operational experience to lead the daily operations of Hotel Nemzeti Budapest – MGallery Collection, a unique 80-room luxury boutique property belonging to MGallery Hotel Collection, part of the Accor luxury brand portfolio, La Maison.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic and operational management of the hotel.
- Maximizing business performance and supporting revenue and sales strategies.
- Ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.
- Effective leadership, team building and supporting colleagues’ professional development.
- Representing and further strengthening the brand values.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
- Luxury or upper-upscale hotel experience is an advantage.
- Fluent English skills, additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills, autonomy and confident decision-making abilities.
- Ability to build effective owner and management relationships.
- Inspirational leadership approach and creative strategic thinking.
- Strong guest- and qualityoriented mindset.
