- Are an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Have a strong understanding of hotel operations including rooms, food & beverage, sales, and guest services.

- Are highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities during a hotel opening and ongoing operations.
- Understand the importance of financial performance, revenue management, and cost control.

- Have experience as a Hotel General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a full-service or select-service hotel environment.
- Have experience with Hilton brand standards or similar major hotel brands.
- Bring strong leadership skills and a passion for building and mentoring teams.
- Understand hotel financials including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance.
- Have experience leading hotel openings, transitions, or major renovations.
- Bring professionalism, integrity, and a genuine love for hospitality to everything you do.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the successful opening and ongoing operation of DoubleTree by Hilton Midland.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing hotel team.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences that align with Hilton brand standards and Coury Hospitality values.
- Oversee all operational departments including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Sales.
- Drive financial performance through revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with ownership and Coury Hospitality leadership to achieve strategic goals.
- Build strong relationships with the local Midland community and business partners.
