We are looking for a Revenue Manager supports the development and execution of revenue management strategies to maximise hotel revenue, occupancy, and profitability. Working closely with the Revenue Manager and commercial team, the role analyses market trends, demand patterns, pricing strategies, and distribution channels to optimise the hotel's financial performance.

Revenue Strategy & Analysis

• Assist in implementing revenue management strategies to maximise RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy.
• Monitor daily pick-up, booking pace, market demand, and competitor pricing.
• Conduct regular forecasting of occupancy, revenue, and market performance.
• Analyse historical and current performance data to identify revenue opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and performance analysis.

Pricing & Inventory Management

• Support the management of room rates across all distribution channels.
• Maintain rate parity and inventory allocation across OTAs, GDS, brand website, and wholesale partners.
• Recommend pricing adjustments based on demand, market conditions, and business trends.
• Monitor restrictions including minimum length of stay, closed-to-arrival, and overbooking levels.

Distribution Management

• Ensure accurate rate loading and inventory distribution across all sales channels.
• Coordinate with the Reservations, Front Office, Sales, and E-Commerce teams to optimise inventory.
• Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities to improve channel mix.

Forecasting & Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly demand forecasts.
• Produce reports on:
• Occupancy
• Average Daily Rate (ADR)
• Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR)
• Market share
• Channel production
• Booking pace
• Present findings and recommendations during commercial meetings.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor pricing and market positioning using revenue management tools.
• Analyse industry trends, events, and market demand affecting hotel performance.
• Recommend tactical promotions and pricing strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office, Finance, and Operations.
• Participate in weekly revenue and commercial strategy meetings.
• Support the implementation of promotional campaigns and business initiatives.

Systems & Compliance

• Maintain revenue management systems and reporting tools.
• Ensure pricing and inventory updates are accurate across all platforms.
• Support system audits and data accuracy.
• Comply with company policies and revenue management procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

1. Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, or Hotel Commercial operations in hospitality environment (5* Hotel or resort)
3. Experience in an upscale or luxury hotel environment is preferred.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Good command of spoken and written English
