We are seeking Candidates with the following:
- Urban, luxury or lifestyle experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Full Service Hotel Experience, with strong skills in F&B.
- Ability to manage, drive and lead a team of department heads.
- Marriott experience preferred.
- Local market knowledge preferred.
- Proven track record of revenue and market share improvements/results.
- Excellent ability to network in a city through relationships and serving as face of hotel.
- Interest in joining a very progressive company.
- Proven experience leading teams to success.
- Out-of-the box thinking and creativity in providing memorable service to our guests.
- Superior profit driving skills and ability to manage a budget and control costs
Being a Concord GM:
As a Complex General Manager you will be instrumental in hiring, motivating, and rewarding a winning management team, and for supporting our company’s mission statement and embracing our cornerstones. You will be the liaison with the hotel brand, our owners and with Concord in facilitating a successful business and operating as the “face” of these exciting brands.

Salary Range: $170,213 – $212767
