- Senior hotel management experience is essential.

- Currently working as a Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, Deputy General Manager or similar.
- Strong operational leadership with experience managing multiple departments and senior HODs.
- Experience within both branded and independent hotel environments would be beneficial, however this is not mandatory.
