About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead the overall food and beverage strategy, operations, and financial performance of a large-scale hospitality environment.
This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing restaurants, bars, banquets, catering, and in-room dining operations while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and profitability. The successful candidate will partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives, optimise operational performance, manage budgets, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing team culture. This position requires a commercially astute hospitality leader with a proven ability to balance guest experience, employee engagement, and strong financial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include developing and managing departmental budgets, implementing revenue-generating initiatives, enhancing service standards, monitoring financial performance, leading and mentoring management teams, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
Your Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience within hotel, resort, hospitality, or large-scale food and beverage operations
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and revenue optimisation
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that drive profitability and operational excellence
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with experience leading large teams
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, inventory management, purchasing, marketing, and guest experience delivery
