As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identifying new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven success in leading sales teams and meeting revenue targets.
- Able to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
- Proactive in identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
Additional Requirements:
- Previous experience in a senior sales management role within the hospitality industry is required.
- Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
