General Manager – Hotel Nemzeti Budapest MGallery Collection Nouveau

We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional with strong operational experience to lead the daily operations of Hotel Nemzeti Budapest – MGallery Collection, a unique 80-room luxury boutique property belonging to MGallery Hotel Collection, part of the Accor luxury brand portfolio, La Maison.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic and operational management of the hotel.
• Maximizing business performance and supporting revenue and sales strategies.
• Ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.
• Effective leadership, team building and supporting colleagues’ professional development.
• Representing and further strengthening the brand values.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
• Luxury or upper-upscale hotel experience is an advantage.
• Fluent English skills, additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills, autonomy and confident decision-making abilities.
• Ability to build effective owner and management relationships.
• Inspirational leadership approach and creative strategic thinking.
• Strong guest- and qualityoriented mindset.
