A full service hotel property in Rocky Hill, CT is looking for a General Manager to lead their operations!
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of Hotel General Manager experience within full service hotel operations.
- Marriott experience a must.
- F&B Hotel operation experience a must.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost control across all departments.
- Partner with sales teams to drive group, corporate, and transient business.
