The Hotel General Manager will lead all property operations with a strong focus on Food & Beverage, ensuring exceptional guest service, financial performance, and team development. This role oversees hotel rooms, F&B outlets, and operational departments while driving service excellence and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of Hotel General Manager or senior hotel leadership experience
- Strong Food & Beverage background
- Proven ability to manage budgets, guest satisfaction, and multi-department performance
Responsibilities
- Oversee full hotel operations, including rooms, F&B, guest services, and property teams
- Lead financial performance, staffing, training, and operational standards across all departments
- Drive guest satisfaction, team culture, and overall property success through hands-on leadership
