Interim CFO Nouveau

We are seeking an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic financial leadership during a pivotal period of growth and transformation. This is a broad, hands-on executive role with end-to-end responsibility spanning Finance, Data & Analytics, Technology, and Product Development.You will partner closely with the senior leadership team to drive operational excellence, strengthen financial controls, and support data-driven decision-making across the business.Key Responsibilities-Lead all finance functions including financial planning & analysis, treasury, tax, audit, and reporting-Oversee Data & Analytics, ensuring insights inform commercial and operational strategy-Provide executive sponsorship for Technology and Product Development teams-Deliver timely, accurate management and statutory reporting to the Board and stakeholders-Drive process improvement, system enhancements, and scalable financial infrastructure-Support strategic initiatives, M&A activity, and investor relations as required-Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across all areas of responsibilityEssential-Proven track record in multiple interim CFO engagements, ideally within complex or fast-moving environments-Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)-Strong commercial acumen with experience partnering at Board level-Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across Finance, Technology, and Data-Excellent communication skills and executive presence-Hands-on, pragmatic approach with the ability to operate strategically and tacticallyHighly DesirableExperience with Joint Venture accounting structures and governanceBackground in retail, sourcing, or consumer goods sectorsFamiliarity with transformation programmes
