We're on the hunt for an organised, detail-driven, and team-focused **Logistics & Hotel Coordinator** to join our team! You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's goods and inventory process – from receiving and storing deliveries to maintaining accurate stock levels and supporting the purchasing function. If you love structure, accuracy, and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, this could be the perfect fit. **A little taste of your day-to-day** **Loading Dock & Delivery Coordination** **-** Coordinate all incoming and outgoing deliveries and courier collections movements through the loading dock – Receive, record and distribute parcels, goods and deliveries to hotel departments, guests and residents in a timely manner – Monitor loading dock access and ensure authorized use by suppliers, contractors and service providers – Maintain a clean, safe and organized loading dock, including clear in and out movement for deliveries and dispatches – Maintain accurate logs for deliveries, dispatches, resident parcels and collection records – Liaise with departments, residents, suppliers and contractors regarding delivery and logistics requirements – Coordinate waste, recycling and service collections where required **Hotel and Residential Support** **-** Assist the Duty Manager during quieter periods with guest services, operational tasks and general hotel coordination **-** Manage resident's deliveries and parcel notifications according to hotel / residence procedures – Maintain a clean and organized Residence Mailing Room **Finance and Purchasing Support** **-** Work with suppliers to resolve discrepancies between invoices and actual received merchandise, and report to manager/supervisor as necessary – Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs – Notify manager/supervisor of low stock levels in a timely manner – Troubleshoot Vendor Delivery issues – Assist Finance or Purchasing with delivery queries when needed. **What we need from you** – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and high level of accuracy – Strong organizational skills, working within deadlines and prioritizing effectively – Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities – Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment – Must be physically fit as some heavy lifting is involved – Able to work independently as well as part of a team – Must speak fluent English **What you can expect from us** We give our people everything they need to succeed.
