CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH | RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER – DUBAI
A leading international luxury hospitality group is conducting a confidential search for an exceptional Restaurant General Manager to relocate to Dubai.
We are specifically interested in connecting with accomplished hospitality leaders currently working within high-end lifestyle restaurants, beach clubs and destination dining venues across Saint-Tropez, Cannes and the South of France.
This is not a traditional fine-dining GM role. We are looking for someone who understands the unique combination of hospitality, energy, clientele, atmosphere and commercial performance that defines the luxury lifestyle restaurant scene.
The profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- Current or recent experience as a General Manager / Restaurant Director within a leading luxury lifestyle restaurant or beach club
- Strong exposure to the Saint-Tropez, Cannes or wider Côte d’Azur hospitality market
- Experience managing high-volume, high-spend, internationally recognized venues
- A strong understanding of VIP clientele and international luxury guests
- Exceptional presence on the floor – visible, charismatic and highly guest-focused
- Strong commercial and operational capabilities, with full ownership of the venue's performance
- Proven ability to recruit, lead and retain high-performing teams
- A genuine understanding of how to create an experience, not simply operate a restaurant
- Fluent English
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai
