While the property is currently operating under Hotel Évian-les-Bains by Leonardo Hotels, it will soon be reimagined as a vibrant NYX Hotel. – Team events Your Main Duties – Lead the hotel through its transition and repositioning into a NYX Hotel
– Develop and execute innovative Food & Beverage, entertainment, and event concepts
– Position the hotel as a social hub and destination within the region through creative partnerships
– Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, artists, event organizers, media partners, and community influencers
– Ensure the achievement of revenue, profitability, and market share targets
– Take full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost control
– Monitor operational KPIs and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction
– Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a culture that reflects the NYX spirit
– Ensure operational excellence across all departments and deliver exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint Your Profile – BE YOURSELF – Be authentic and yourself
– Proven leadership experience as a General Manager, Hotel Manager, or in a comparable senior hospitality leadership role
– Strong Food & Beverage background
– Creative, hands-on, and passionate about challenges
– Experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and cost control
– Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to turn ideas into action
