We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to lead our operational strategies and ensure the efficiency of our business processes. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Oversee daily operations of Rooms, Enginering, Front Desk, Housekeeping
• Lead and mentor senior leadership teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful completion of initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across the organization.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and partners to optimize operational performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and drive accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development efforts and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• 5 + Years of Hotel Management Experience with 2+ years as a director
• Experience Full Service Hotels
• Proven experience in a senior operations management role with demonstrated success in leading teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
• Excellent strategic planning skills with a track record of achieving organizational goals.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
