The Sirius Hotel Group is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Group Revenue Manager to join our growing team, creating personalised experiences to mirror our guests’ onsite experience.
The Sirius Hotel Group is a specialist hotel management and operating company, that manages two hotel brands – The Resident in London (Covent Garden, Soho and Victoria), Liverpool and Edinburgh and Four Points Flex by Sheraton under franchise with Marriott International in Cardiff, Newcastle, Dundee and Edinburgh. We currently manage and operate 9 hotels across the two brands
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue strategies across multiple hotels.
- Manage pricing, inventory, forecasting and distribution channels.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and business performance to identify opportunities and minimise risk.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Produce meaningful commercial insights and reports for senior stakeholders.
- Support new hotel openings, acquisitions and portfolio integration projects.
- Coach and develop the Revenue team while promoting best practices across the business.
- Build strong relationships with General Managers and key stakeholders to drive commercial success.
About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Cluster, Regional or Multi-Property Revenue Management role.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive business performance.
- Experience with systems such as Duetto, OTA Insight, STR, Guestline, Opera, Power BI and Marriott systems.
- A proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
