—————————————- Beaumier · Join the Collective GENERAL MANAGER Les Roches Rouges 5★ Location Saint-Raphaël (83), France

Reporting to CEO
Start date December 2026 BEAUMIER Beaumier brings together characterful hotels between the sea and the mountains, each deeply rooted in the place that surrounds it. Houses guests come to for the landscape, the food, the wellbeing — and above all, for how they feel there.
Our collective shares one simple pleasure: making others happy. LES ROCHES ROUGES Facing the Mediterranean in Saint-Raphaël, Les Roches Rouges cherishes its modernist heritage and an intimate bond with the sea.
68 rooms and suites, two restaurants and a beach, two bars, an infinity seawater pool, a swimming lane, a spa — and the Mediterranean all around.
Here, luxury is quiet. It lies in a well-judged welcome, in the rhythm of the day, in attention that arrives at just the right moment.
— Une expérience juste, élégante et vivante, attentive sans être guindée, précise sans être rigide ;
— Un collectif engagé, fier du lieu qu’il fait vivre et capable de grandir ensemble ;
— Une performance maîtrisée, au service d’une ambition durable pour l’hôtel. VOS RESPONSABILITÉS FAIRE VIVRE L’EXPÉRIENCE — Porter une vision de l’hospitalité intuitive, personnelle et jamais standardisée ;
— Être présent aux moments qui comptent et donner le ton par l’exemple ;
— Anticiper les attentes d’une clientèle internationale exigeante ;
— Transformer les retours clients en actions concrètes ;
— Gérer les situations sensibles avec tact, réactivité et discrétion ;
— Veiller à ce qui fait l’atmosphère des Roches Rouges : service, musique, lumière, rythme de la journée ;
— Faire vivre les standards Beaumier avec justesse dans chaque département. FAIRE GRANDIR LE COLLECTIF — Accompagner les chefs de service et leur donner les moyens de réussir ;
— Recruter, intégrer et fidéliser des équipes en grande partie saisonnières ;
— Identifier et faire grandir les talents ;
— Installer des rituels simples et efficaces : briefings, partage des résultats, circulation de l’information ;
— Faire vivre la culture Beaumier au quotidien et veiller au bien-être des équipes ;
— Garantir le respect du cadre social et des procédures People & Culture. PILOTER LA PERFORMANCE — Construire et piloter le budget annuel : chiffre d’affaires, GOP, EBITDA, P&L ;
— Travailler la stratégie commerciale et tarifaire avec les équipes Revenue, Sales et Marketing ;
— Développer le chiffre d’affaires de l’ensemble des activités de l’hôtel ;
— Maîtriser la masse salariale, les coûts, les achats et les stocks ;
— Assurer un reporting fiable et régulier auprès des équipes Opérations et support. PRENDRE SOIN DU LIEU — Préserver l’intégrité architecturale et l’identité des Roches Rouges ;
— Superviser entretien, maintenance et investissements ;
— Piloter les ouvertures et fermetures de saison ;
— Garantir les exigences de sécurité, d’hygiène et de conformité ;
— Porter les engagements environnementaux du groupe, avec une attention particulière à ce site naturel exceptionnel. FAIRE RAYONNER LES ROCHES ROUGES — Incarner l’hôtel auprès des hôtes, partenaires et médias ;
— Cultiver des liens solides avec l’écosystème local : artisans, producteurs, acteurs du tourisme et partenaires ;
—————————————- YOUR ROLE A five-star hotel is more than its standards. It is something you live.
You take the helm of Les Roches Rouges and set the tone, for colleagues and guests alike. Present on the floor, attentive to the smallest detail and steady in your management, you move the hotel forward without ever losing what makes it so distinctive.
Your roadmap comes down to three priorities: * A guest experience that is thoughtful, elegant and full of life — attentive without being stiff, precise without being rigid * A committed team, proud of the place it brings to life and able to grow together * Well-managed performance, in service of a lasting ambition for the hotel YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Bringing the experience to life * Champion a vision of hospitality that is intuitive, personal and never standardised * Be present for the moments that matter and lead by example * Anticipate the expectations of a discerning international clientele * Turn guest feedback into concrete action * Handle sensitive situations with tact, responsiveness and discretion * Look after everything that shapes the atmosphere of Les Roches Rouges: hospitality, music, light, the rhythm of the day * Bring Beaumier standards to life with sensitivity across every department Growing the collective * Support heads of department and give them the means to succeed * Recruit, onboard and retain largely seasonal teams * Identify and develop talent * Set up simple, effective rituals: briefings, sharing results, keeping information flowing * Bring the Beaumier culture to life every day and look after colleagues' wellbeing * Ensure compliance with employment regulations and People & Culture procedures Managing performance * Build and manage the annual budget: revenue, GOP, EBITDA, P&L * Shape commercial and pricing strategy with the Revenue, Sales and Marketing teams * Grow revenue across all of the hotel's activities * Control payroll, costs, purchasing and inventory * Provide reliable, regular reporting to the Operations and support teams Caring for the place * Preserve the architectural integrity and identity of Les Roches Rouges * Oversee upkeep, maintenance and capital investment * Lead seasonal openings and closings * Ensure safety, hygiene and compliance requirements are met * Uphold the group's environmental commitments, with particular care for this exceptional natural site Raising the profile of Les Roches Rouges * Embody the hotel with guests, partners and the media * Build strong ties with the local community: craftspeople, producers, tourism players and partners * Contribute to group projects and share best practice with the other Beaumier hotels VOTRE PROFIL Vous avez déjà dirigé un hôtel cinq étoiles ou occupé une fonction de direction opérationnelle avec un périmètre comparable, idéalement dans un resort ou un établissement saisonnier.
— Un leadership sincère et fédérateur : vous créez l’adhésion plutôt que de l’imposer ;
— Le goût du terrain et le sens du détail ;
— Une vraie sensibilité au produit : design, gastronomie, bien-être, art de vivre ;
— Une solide culture de la performance et une réelle aisance avec les chiffres ;
Français et anglais courants sont indispensables. Une troisième langue est un plus. La connaissance des standards LQA ou Forbes Travel Guide et des outils Opera, Lightspeed, SpaBooker ou RH Suite est appréciée. CE QUE NOUS VOUS PROPOSONS — La direction d’une adresse emblématique de la Côte d’Azur ;
— Un rôle avec une réelle autonomie et un lien étroit avec les équipes du groupe ;
— L’opportunité de faire grandir un lieu, une équipe et une expérience ;
—————————————- ABOUT YOU You have already led a five-star hotel or held a senior operational role of comparable scope, ideally in a resort or seasonal property.
You know how to run a house in all its complexity — rooms, food and beverage, bars, spa, events — and are as comfortable on the floor as you are in front of a P&L.
Beyond your background, what we are really looking for is a way of doing things: * Sincere, unifying leadership: you build buy-in rather than impose it * A love of being on the floor and an eye for detail * A genuine feel for the product: design, gastronomy, wellbeing, art de vivre * A strong performance culture and real ease with numbers * Calm, discretion and sound judgement, even when the season picks up pace Fluent French and English are essential. A third language is a plus. Knowledge of LQA or Forbes Travel Guide standards and of Opera, Lightspeed, SpaBooker or RH Suite is appreciated. WHAT WE OFFER * The leadership of an iconic address on the Côte d'Azur * A role with genuine autonomy and close ties with the group's teams * The opportunity to grow a place, a team and an experience * A remuneration package that reflects the scope and responsibilities of the role Ready to write the next chapter of Les Roches Rouges? We would love to meet you.
