We're seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Officer to join the Office of the CEO at the Bradfield Development Authority on a 12-month maternity leave opportunity commencing in October 2026. This is a unique opportunity to work at the centre of one of Australia's most significant city-building projects, providing strategic executive support and helping drive organisational priorities that will shape the future of Western Sydney.
As Executive Officer, you'll provide high-level executive, governance, secretariat and operational support to the CEO while coordinating complex business priorities across the organisation. You'll manage sensitive matters with professionalism and sound judgement, prepare strategic advice and high-quality communications, and work closely with senior leaders, Board members and key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of organisational objectives. This is a fast-paced and influential role where your ability to anticipate issues, build trusted relationships and navigate competing priorities will be essential to achieving outstanding outcomes.
