Cluster Revenue Manager

We are looking for a commercially minded and analytically strong Cluster Revenue Manager to drive revenue performance across multiple Hospitality properties.

This role is responsible for maximising occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and overall revenue, through effective pricing, forecasting, inventory management, distribution and commercial analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute revenue strategies across both properties to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Manage dynamic pricing, rate structures, restrictions, inventory and availability across all relevant channels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, demand patterns and booking pace to identify revenue opportunities.
• Own the revenue forecasting and reporting process, providing clear commercial insights and recommendations.
• Support the annual budgeting and business planning process, including revenue targets, assumptions and forecasts.
• Analyse performance across occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, channel mix, market segments and booking trends.
• Manage and maintain all revenue-related systems, platforms, rate loading and distribution channels, ensuring data accuracy and connectivity.
• Work closely with Reservations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to align commercial strategy and drive results.
• Lead revenue discussions within the weekly commercial meetings, translating data into clear actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve direct revenue, conversion and channel profitability, while managing OTA contribution strategically.
• Support the Reservations teams with pricing strategy, revenue-related training and commercial guidance.
• Ensure all revenue processes, controls and reporting are accurate, consistent and continuously improved.

Experience

• 3–5+ years' experience in Revenue Management within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience managing revenue for a hotel, resort, lodge or multi-property environment.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Management principles, forecasting, demand analysis, dynamic pricing and distribution.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to turn data into commercially relevant actions.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with PMS, RMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine and BI systems.
• Experience with systems such as Mews, SiteMinder, Profitroom, Duetto, Atomize or similar would be advantageous.
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of OTA, direct, wholesale and other distribution channels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to challenge, identify opportunities and influence commercial decisions.
