Position Overview
We are hiring on behalf of a leading golf and hospitality organization seeking an experienced Corporate Director of Food & Beverage to provide strategic leadership across its portfolio of clubs and properties.
This is a senior corporate-level role responsible for driving F&B strategy, operational excellence, financial performance, and member and guest satisfaction across multiple locations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and club teams to establish standards, develop talent, and deliver a consistently high-quality food and beverage experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Food & Beverage operations across a portfolio of golf and private club properties.
- Develop and implement corporate F&B strategies, standards, and operating procedures.
- Partner with club leadership and General Managers to improve operational performance and profitability.
- Oversee F&B budgets, forecasting, labor costs, purchasing, inventory, and overall financial performance.
- Drive consistency in service standards, culinary offerings, beverage programs, and member experiences.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve margins, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Support menu development, purchasing strategies, vendor relationships, and product standards.
- Develop, mentor, and retain F&B leadership teams across the portfolio.
- Establish training programs and best practices for service and hospitality.
- Monitor member and guest feedback and implement initiatives to continually improve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with culinary, operations, finance, and executive leadership teams on strategic initiatives.
- Assist with new club openings, renovations, acquisitions, and F&B concept development as required.
- Ensure all operations maintain appropriate health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Food & Beverage leader with significant experience overseeing multiple properties, ideally within private clubs, golf clubs, resorts, luxury hospitality, or other high-end environments.
The successful candidate will bring:
- Proven experience leading multi-unit or corporate-level F&B operations.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management.
- A track record of improving operational standards and profitability.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience developing and mentoring senior F&B teams.
- A sophisticated understanding of high-end service and member expectations.
- The ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a portfolio.
