ABOUT OUR DEPARTMENT / TEAM
Food and Beverage Division is one of the focal divisions to generate the revenue for hotel business. There are 9 F&B Venues / Stewarding / Services under the F&B Division with diverse team members of about 200 people
THE IMPACT OF THIS ROLE
Responsible for leading of all aspects of the Food and Beverage outlets and functions, in accordance with hotel standard operating procedures. Generate F&B Revenue, strategies leading LQA & Brand Standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards, corporate strategy, and exceptional guest experiences across all outlets.
* Drive financial performance through strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimization, cost control, and productivity management.
* Champion service excellence by maintaining high standards of food quality, beverage offerings, guest satisfaction, and service recovery.
* Collaborate with the Executive Committee and cross-functional teams to develop business, marketing, and revenue-generating initiatives that enhance the hotel’s market position.
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to continuously innovate and improve the F&B offering.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, licensing requirements, and operational standards.
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing F&B management team through effective recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
* Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, innovation, and guest-centricity while promoting the organization’s values and culture.

Experience
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Director of Food and Beverage or equivalent leadership role in a hotel environment.
* Experience in luxury hotels and leading multicultural environments.
