Oversee menu development, pricing strategies, and quality control for all food and beverage offerings. Implement and maintain rigorous standards for hygiene, safety, and sanitation. Control food and beverage costs through effective inventory management, purchasing, and waste reduction strategies. Develop and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through personalized service and proactive problem-solving. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotional activities and enhance brand positioning. Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the F&B sector.
Requirements

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple F&B outlets and large-scale banqueting operations. Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management. Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in menu design, service delivery, and operational efficiency. Proficiency in hotel F&B management systems and software. A passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences and guest service. Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model, balancing remote strategic tasks with essential on-site management. Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays in Pretoria.
Benefits
Our client offers a highly competitive salary, executive-level benefits package including comprehensive health insurance and retirement contributions, and opportunities for career advancement within their global network. Performance-based bonuses, staff discounts on hotel services, and a dynamic work environment are part of the package.
