Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Management

• Provide overall leadership and direction across casino and hospitality operations.
• Develop, implement and monitor business plans aligned with organisational objectives.
• Translate strategic goals into measurable operational targets.
• Ensure effective implementation of company policies, procedures and operational standards.
• Drive productivity, profitability and business performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and service delivery.
• Maintain consistent standards across all business functions.

Financial Management, Budgeting & Profitability

• Develop and manage annual business plans and operational budgets.
• Take accountability for financial performance and operational profitability.
• Monitor expenditure, operating costs and budget performance.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and improved productivity.
• Ensure effective financial controls and responsible resource allocation.
• Monitor departmental financial performance and address operational variances.
• Support sustainable business performance through commercially sound decision-making.

Casino Operations & Gaming Compliance

• Oversee the effective management of casino operations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable gaming regulations and operational requirements.
• Maintain appropriate governance, internal controls and operational procedures.
• Promote a culture of accountability, ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor operational risks and ensure corrective action is taken when required.
• Ensure consistent implementation of approved company policies and standards.

Customer Experience & Hospitality Excellence

• Drive exceptional customer service across the operation.
• Ensure products, services and employees contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
• Maintain high standards of customer relations and service delivery.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Foster a customer-focused culture throughout the business.
• Ensure operational standards support a consistently positive customer experience.

People Leadership & Organisational Development

• Lead and manage departmental managers, supervisors and operational teams.

Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should demonstrate:

• A relevant formal qualification or extensive managerial experience.
• Extensive experience across multiple areas of business management.
• Strong expertise in at least one of the following disciplines: Finance, Law or Human Resources, together with working knowledge of the other two.
• A proven track record in the effective management of business operations and employees.
• Demonstrated experience leading operations through subordinate managers and supervisors.
• Strong financial management and budgeting capabilities.
• Excellent organisational, administrative and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to drive productivity, operational efficiency and business performance.

Highly Relevant Industry Experience

Experience within a regulated gaming environment will be particularly relevant given the role's responsibility for gaming compliance.
