About the Opportunity

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a newly renovated luxury beach property in Madagascar. This is an exciting international opportunity for a strong hospitality leader who can oversee the full operation while delivering exceptional luxury guest experiences.

Fluency in French is essential for this position.

Key Requirements

• Previous General Manager experience within a luxury hotel, resort or high-end hospitality environment.

• Luxury beach resort or island property experience highly advantageous.

• Fluent French is essential.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Proven experience managing all aspects of hotel or resort operations.

• Strong leadership and team development abilities.

• Excellent guest relations and luxury service experience.

• Strong financial, budgeting and cost-control capabilities.

• Experience overseeing Food & Beverage, Rooms, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Guest Services.

• Excellent operational and administrative abilities.

• Hands-on leadership style with strong attention to detail.

• Commercially minded with the ability to drive standards and property performance.

• Experience working within a multicultural team environment.

• Comfortable living and working in a remote international location.

• Pre-opening or newly renovated property experience advantageous.

Package

• Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
