Founded in 2013, AdAction is a leader in performance-based mobile app marketing, partnering globally to deliver premium users at scale. Our remote-first team values autonomy, ownership, and strategic thinking as we continue to expand into new markets.
As part of our global growth strategy, AdAction is making a focused investment in Southeast Asia. The role may be based in Singapore, but its commercial remit spans the broader SEA region, including priority markets such as Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

This person will serve as the senior commercial representative for AdGem across Southeast Asia and should expect to be in-market approximately 50–75% of the time for partner meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Own and execute AdGem's commercial growth strategy across Southeast Asia, using Singapore as a potential regional base while building pipeline and closing partnerships throughout surrounding SEA markets.
Identify, develop, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships across mobile publishing, loyalty, fintech, rewarded advertising, and digital ecosystems.
Own regional pipeline, revenue growth, forecasting, and overall commercial performance.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key partners and decision-makers across Southeast Asia.

Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to AdAction leadership on opportunities, competition, and regional trends.
Partner with internal product, operations, and account management teams to ensure successful launches and long-term partner growth.
Help shape the infrastructure, partnerships, and resources needed to scale AdGem's Southeast Asia business over time.
7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, general management, or commercial leadership within ad tech, mobile advertising, digital media, fintech, loyalty, or a related industry.
Proven track record of building revenue and strategic partnerships across Southeast Asia, with experience selling into multiple SEA markets.
Proven experience selling or developing ad monetization solutions, rewarded advertising products, offerwalls, or comparable performance-based monetization models.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage and close complex commercial partnerships.
Strong understanding of performance marketing and ad tech economics, including CPI, eCPM, ARPDAU, retention, LTV, and monetization.
Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable operating with significant autonomy.
Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese is required and one or more Southeast Asian languages is strongly preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout Southeast Asia, approximately 50–75% of the time.
Comfortable operating as an independent contractor/consultant.
This position is structured as an independent contractor/consulting engagement.
Compensation will include a competitive contractor rate and performance-based incentives tied to regional growth and commercial performance. Compensation will be determined based on experience, location, market expertise, network, and demonstrated ability to drive revenue across Southeast Asia.
The contractor will be responsible for any applicable local registrations, taxes, insurance, and other obligations associated with their independent contractor status.
This is an opportunity to build and own an emerging market within a growing global ad tech company, with significant autonomy and direct visibility to senior leadership.
You will have the opportunity to shape AdGem's Southeast Asia strategy, build a regional network across multiple markets, and directly influence the company's international growth.
