Global Account Director, Vertical Market F&B/Beauty

What will you do?

Paxon is looking for an experienced Global Account Director – Food & Beverage to lead the development of our Food & Beverage vertical and accelerate commercial growth across our international logistics and fulfilment network.

Paxon is the international contract logistics and fulfilment network of Bnode (formerly bpostgroup), bringing together complementary logistics businesses and expertise under one strong brand.

Reporting to the CCO Paxon 3PL, you will define and drive our commercial strategy for the Food & Beverages,
Beauty, Personal Care & Licensing, Media & Institutions verticals, develop relationships with major international customers and coordinate commercial opportunities across the Paxon network. You will combine strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to winning new business, growing key accounts and building a strong market position for Paxon in the sector.

Your mission

You will take ownership of the development and commercial performance of the Food & Beverage vertical across Paxon. You will:

• Define and execute the international commercial strategy for the Food & Beverage vertical.
• Identify priority markets, customer segments and growth opportunities across the Paxon network.
• Build and develop relationships with major international Food & Beverage customers and senior decision-makers.
• Drive new business development and create a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities.
• Develop existing global accounts and identify opportunities to expand Paxon services across countries, business units and solutions.
• Lead major commercial discussions and negotiations with strategic customers.
• Coordinate international commercial activities across countries and ensure a consistent approach to global customers.
• Work closely with Global Account Management, Business Development, Tender Management, Solution Design and Operations to turn opportunities into successful customer solutions.
• Bring together the right expertise from across Paxon to develop compelling propositions tailored to the needs of the Food & Beverage sector.
• Monitor commercial performance, pipeline development, market trends and competitive activity within the vertical.
• Represent Paxon externally and strengthen our visibility and positioning within the international Food & Beverage market.
• Share market and customer insights across the organisation and contribute to the continuous development of Paxon's commercial strategy and offering.

Who are you?

What you bring

You are a senior commercial leader who understands how to develop business in an international B2B environment and can combine strategic thinking with a strong focus on execution.

• You bring significant experience in international sales, business development, key account management or commercial leadership.
• You have a strong track record of winning and developing significant B2B customers and building relationships with senior decision-makers.
• You understand how to develop a market or customer vertical and translate commercial strategy into concrete growth.
• Experience within Food & Beverage and/or logistics, fulfilment, contract logistics, supply chain or transportation is a strong advantage.
• You are comfortable managing complex commercial opportunities involving multiple countries, stakeholders and solutions.
• You combine strong customer orientation with excellent commercial and financial judgement.
• You are an experienced negotiator and can confidently lead senior-level customer discussions.
• You know how to influence and mobilise teams across an international matrix organisation.
• You are entrepreneurial, collaborative and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
• You are fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong asset.
• You are willing to travel internationally as required.
