THE TEAM
As Director Finance Business Partner, you will lead a multi-disciplinary Finance team encompassing Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, Costing, Receiving, Credit and Income Audit functions. YOUR ROLE
As a trusted advisor to the Managing Director, you will provide strategic financial leadership that drives informed decision-making, sustainable growth and operational performance across the hotel. You will oversee all finance and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Rosewood Hotel Group standards while safeguarding the organization’s assets and resources.
Through strong business partnering, financial planning, governance and talent leadership, you will help shape the hotel’s long-term strategy, optimize profitability and foster a high-performing finance function that supports exceptional guest experiences and business outcomes.

* Maintain compliance with local accounting standards, taxation requirements, audit regulations and Rosewood Hotel Group policies.
* Partner with auditors, financial institutions, tax advisors and government authorities to support the hotel’s financial and regulatory responsibilities.
* Build, develop and inspire a high-performing finance team through coaching, succession planning, training and performance management.
