Our hotel is redefining luxury in Mayfair. With 35 suites, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.

We are seeking a General Manager for our swedish restaurant to inspire a high-performing team, and ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience. With a pastry program “haute couture”, and a healthy and seasonal savoury food program, it’s perfect for an everyday visit. We’ll be focused on delicious coffee, a well created beverage program, great retail offering and plenty of takeaway options too. We’re looking for energetic, fast paced hospitality professionals with a passion for excellence and who thrive in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire your team, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining the highest service standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by managing service flow, handling feedback, and continuously elevating standards.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and revenue targets, proactively making improvements where needed.
• Work closely with culinary and beverage teams to curate an outstanding menu and dining experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

• At least two years in a similar leadership role within a high-profile restaurant.
• A natural host with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
• Able to motivate, support, and develop a high-performing team.
• Skilled at managing operations, budgets, and service excellence.
• Adaptable and forward-thinking , ideally with pre-opening experience and a keen eye on industry trends.
