**Description:** **Who We Are** At Hyatt, we believe in the power of belonging and creating a culture of care, where our colleagues become family. Since 1957, our colleagues and our guests have been at the heart of our business and helped Hyatt become one of the best, and fastest growing hospitality brands in the world. Our transformative growth and the addition of new hotels, brands and business lines can open the door for exciting career and growth opportunities to our colleagues. As a senior regional commercial leader, you will build and lead a high-performing, multi-market sales organisation that expands Hyatt's reach while complementing our established Global Sales coverage. You will own the regional operating model and commercial performance, partnering across Hyatt to deliver measurable value for our hotels, owners and operators. Location: This role can be based remotely in Germany or the UK. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the European Union or the UK, as applicable. **Your Responsibilities** + Define and execute Hyatt's EAME National Sales strategy, identifying priority markets, customer segments and opportunities for sustainable growth. + Build, lead and develop a geographically dispersed team of Account Directors and prospecting resources, creating a culture of proactive selling, accountability and high performance. + Drive new account acquisition across Corporate, SME, MICE, Leisure, Luxury, Intermediaries, Sports, Entertainment, Associations and specialist business segments. + Own the commercial performance and operating P&L of the National Sales Force, including revenue delivery, cost management, fee generation, productivity and progress toward sustainable breakeven. + Establish clear market and account-ownership principles that create incremental reach without duplicating Hyatt's existing Global Sales, regional or hotel coverage. + Strengthen pipeline quality and conversion, working with hotels and commercial teams to turn qualified opportunities into materialised revenue. + Build trusted relationships with owners, operators, General Managers and hotel Commercial Leaders, clearly demonstrating the value and economics of the self-funding model. + Partner closely with Global Sales, Revenue Management, Finance, Legal, HR, Operations and other regional and global teams to ensure strong governance and consistent execution. + Use commercial and performance insights to guide market deployment, investment and continuous improvement, while creating pathways for successful accounts to transition into Hyatt's broader Global Sales structure. + Represent Hyatt at relevant industry and customer forums, strengthening our market presence and developing new commercial opportunities **Qualifications:** **Your Qualifications & Experience** + Significant senior leadership experience within hospitality Global Sales, National Sales, above-property sales or strategic business development. + Demonstrated success leading geographically dispersed sales teams and delivering measurable revenue growth across multiple markets. + Deep multi-segment sales expertise across Corporate Transient, MICE, Leisure, Luxury, Intermediaries, SME and specialist group and transient business. + Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting and ROI analysis. + Experience building new markets, prospecting capabilities and sustainable account production; experience with self-funding, cost-recovery or pay-for-performance models is strongly preferred. + Strong business-development, negotiation, analytical and executive-influencing capabilities. + Ability to operate effectively in a complex, global, matrixed and owner-focused environment while building trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. + Fluent English required; additional EAME languages are highly advantageous. + Willingness to travel extensively across EAME and internationally as required. **How we care for our people** What sets us apart is our purpose-to care for people so they can be their best. Every business decision is made through the lens of our purpose, and it informs how we have and will continue to support each other as members of the Hyatt family.
