As we continue to transform our business through digitalisation, decentralisation and operational excellence, we are seeking an exceptional Group Supply Chain Director to join our leadership team.

This is a rare opportunity to lead the end-to-end transformation of an international supply chain organisation and play a critical role in shaping the future of a growing European business.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for creating a more integrated, data-driven and customer-focused supply chain function that enables growth, improves service levels and strengthens operational performance across multiple countries.

This is not a traditional operational leadership role.

We are looking for someone who sees Supply Chain as a strategic enabler of the business, someone who can build partnerships across functions, challenge the status quo, leverage technology and create sustainable competitive advantage through operational excellence.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Group Supply Chain Strategy : Lead the development and execution of the Group's supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with our commercial ambitions and financial objectives.
• Inventory & Working Capital Optimisation : Drive a step change in inventory management, forecasting and replenishment disciplines, improving inventory turns whilst maintaining excellent product availability and customer service.
• Logistics Excellence : Optimise inbound and outbound logistics networks, improving efficiency, service levels and cost performance across Europe.
• Warehouse Network Strategy : Review and reshape our operational footprint, ensuring warehouses, logistics infrastructure and operational resources are fit for future growth.
• Supplier & Purchasing Leadership : Strengthen supplier collaboration, improve operational purchasing disciplines and create greater consistency in supply chain decision-making across the Group.
• Transformation & Digitalisation : Lead the adoption of data-driven planning, automation and supply chain technologies that improve visibility, forecasting accuracy and operational control.
• Business Facilitation : Act as a true business partner to our Country Managers and leadership teams, identifying bottlenecks, removing blockers and helping our countries execute successfully.

What We're Looking For

You are likely to bring:

• Significant international supply chain leadership experience.
• A track record of leading operational transformation within a multi-site or multi-country environment.
• Deep expertise in inventory optimisation, logistics, planning and supply chain strategy.
• Experience driving digitalisation and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, particularly around working capital management.
• The ability to influence and lead across a matrix organisation.
• Exceptional analytical, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Most importantly, you will be someone who combines strategic thinking with executional excellence.

You are curious, commercially minded and passionate about continuous improvement. You challenge constructively, build strong relationships and take ownership of outcomes.
