Account Director (Hospitality) Nouveau

Job Description

The Account Director – Enterprise (Hospitality) is responsible for driving strategic revenue growth within large hospitality customers (e.g., hotel groups, integrated resorts, serviced residences, attractions, convention centres, and hospitality management companies).

This role focuses on delivering integrated Telecommunications, Managed Services, Digital Workplace, Cloud, Cyber Security, and Smart Hospitality solutions that enable:

• Exceptional guest digital experiences
• Smart hotel and connected property operations
• Secure and resilient hospitality infrastructure
• Multi-property connectivity and centralized IT operations
• Digital transformation across front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Data-driven guest engagement, operational efficiency, and sustainability initiatives

The role requires deep enterprise selling expertise and the ability to engage CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, General Managers, Digital Transformation Leaders, Operations Directors, and Hotel Owners/Asset Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of enterprise sales experience in one or more of the following:
• Telecommunications
• Managed Services
• Cloud / Hybrid IT
• Cyber Security
• Digital Transformation Solutions

• Proven experience selling into hospitality enterprises, including hotel groups, integrated resorts, serviced residences, or hospitality operators.
• Strong understanding of hospitality technology ecosystems, including PMS, POS, guest Wi-Fi, smart building technologies, IoT, and digital guest experience platforms, is an advantage.
• Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and closing large, multi-property or regional transformation deals.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across both business and technology leadership.
