Finney Hospitality Group is looking for a Director of Marketing to lead the strategy, storytelling, and creative direction behind our growing family of restaurant concepts.

From Social Cantina and The Tap to Yogis and beyond, our brands each have their own personality—and we want to keep it that way. This role is responsible for making sure each concept shows up with purpose, personality, and consistency everywhere our guests interact with us.

This isn't a position where you'll spend your days simply approving content and sitting in meetings. We're looking for a hands-on marketing leader who can see the big picture, lead a creative team, make smart decisions with our marketing dollars, and still jump in to bring an idea to life when needed.

You'll set the direction. You'll develop the team. You'll protect our brands. And you'll help us figure out what's next.

What You’ll Own

Brand Strategy & Creative Direction

• Lead the overall marketing strategy across all FHG restaurant concepts
• Develop campaigns that build brand awareness, drive traffic, and keep our restaurants top of mind
• Establish and protect the unique voice, personality, and visual identity of each brand
• Provide creative direction across social media, digital marketing, menus, promotions, events, signage, and other guest-facing materials
• Make sure everything we put into the world looks, sounds, and feels like the brand it represents

Creative Execution

• Bring ideas to life through strong graphic design and visual storytelling
• Develop and oversee creative assets for campaigns, promotions, menus, events, digital platforms, and restaurant materials
• Jump into projects when needed—this is a leadership role, but we're looking for someone who isn't afraid to create
• Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across every FHG brand

Digital Marketing & Performance

• Own social media advertising strategy, budgets, targeting, and performance
• Use data and analytics to understand what's working, what's not, and where we should invest next
• Monitor brand and campaign performance and translate results into actionable marketing decisions
• Stay ahead of social, digital, restaurant, and consumer trends without chasing every trend that comes across your feed

Partnerships & Growth

• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, media partners, and other creative resources
• Support restaurant openings, menu launches, events, promotions, and other company initiatives
• Identify opportunities to strengthen FHG's presence within the communities we serve
• Help evolve our marketing strategy as FHG continues to grow

✨ What You Bring

We're looking for someone who knows how to lead creatively and execute strategically.

You'll be a strong fit if you have:

• A strong background in graphic design and visual branding, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience developing and leading marketing strategies, campaigns, and creative projects
• Previous experience leading or developing a marketing or creative team
• Confidence managing marketing budgets and making data-informed decisions
• A strong understanding of social media, digital advertising, content, and brand development
• Excellent organization and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple brands and priorities
• A creative eye and a high standard for brand consistency and quality
• The confidence to make decisions, give creative direction, and move projects forward
• The flexibility to shift between high-level strategy and hands-on execution
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, or lifestyle brand experience is a big plus.
