THE TEAM
The global Talent & Culture team focuses on attracting, developing and rewarding the most important asset of Rosewood Hotel Group: our associates. The team works closely with brands and properties worldwide to bring to life the philosophy of Relationship Hospitality and deliver world-leading practices in people operations.
Guided by our purpose to create a future where people and place enrich one another, we champion initiatives that support a high-performance culture, cultivate diverse talent pipelines and ensure the long-term success of the organization through thoughtful talent strategies. Working closely with Corporate and Property leaders globally, the team plays a critical role in building a strong leadership bench and fostering meaningful careers across the group.
YOUR ROLE
As Director, Talent Acquisition, EMEA, you will provide dedicated regional support for senior and difficult-to-fill property leadership roles across EMEA. Reporting to the Regional Senior Director, Talent and Culture, EMEA, with a dotted line to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, Global, you will identify, engage and attract high-calibre external talent, build sustainable pipelines and strengthen external succession planning for business-critical roles.
Bringing executive-search expertise and regional market intelligence, you will strengthen sourcing strategies, candidate calibration and selection practices while supporting an efficient, consistent recruitment process and an exceptional candidate experience aligned with our values and philosophy of Relationship Hospitality.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
* Lead proactive sourcing and engagement for priority senior and difficult-to-fill property leadership roles across EMEA, particularly Executive Committee and Department Head positions.
* Build, maintain and actively cultivate regional and global talent pools for priority roles, functions and geographies.
* Conduct proactive competitor market mapping to build Rosewood-owned intelligence on talent availability, mobility and relevant market dynamics.
* Partner with property Directors of Talent & Culture and hiring managers to sharpen role briefings, candidate calibration and search strategies before roles go to market.
* Deliver a seamless candidate experience from initial approach through offer, with consistent communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
* Represent the Make the Place employer brand consistently across recruitment experiences and external talent engagement.
* Reduce preventable agency dependency through stronger direct sourcing, talent pooling and market intelligence, while advising when external agency support is appropriate.
* Partner with senior leadership, Rewards and the Global Talent Acquisition team to inform competitive packages and embed consistent, competency-based selection practices across EMEA.
COULD THIS BE YOU?
* You bring strong talent acquisition, executive-search or headhunting expertise and know how to identify, approach and engage senior and passive talent.
* You have recruited senior leadership roles and can turn market mapping and talent-pooling activity into practical search strategies.
* You build trusted partnerships with regional leaders, property Talent & Culture teams and hiring managers across different functions and geographies.
* You create a thoughtful, consistent candidate experience through clear communication and strong relationship management.
* You use market intelligence to strengthen candidate calibration, sourcing decisions and talent discussions.
* You confidently advise hiring teams on role briefings, interviewing, candidate calibration and candidate management.
* You are adaptable and highly organised, able to manage multiple searches and priorities while taking ownership and maintaining momentum.
* You communicate with credibility and influence, connect across diverse backgrounds and bring strategic thinking, integrity and business acumen to your work.
OUR BENEFITS
As part of our team, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your wellbeing, professional growth, and life beyond work. This includes medical coverage, retirement benefits, paid time off, complimentary room nights, learning and development opportunities, global career opportunities, and industry-leading paid parental leave supporting eligible associates across all paths to parenthood.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard – and valued. We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations. We’re not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them – and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy helps put these principles into practice.
