We're seeking a confident and commercially astute General Manager to oversee a diverse hospitality operation with accommodation, bar and restaurant facilities. Your Role Working closely with the owners, you'll take responsibility for the overall performance of the hotel, ensuring all departments operate efficiently and deliver a consistently high standard of service.
Your focus will include:

• Overseeing all hotel operations, including accommodation, restaurant, bar and guest services.
• Providing strong leadership across departments, building a motivated and accountable team.
• Managing recruitment, staff development, performance, rostering and workforce planning.
• Taking ownership of budgets, financial reporting, wage costs and overall profitability.
• Identifying opportunities to grow revenue, improve systems and streamline operational processes.
• Monitoring guest feedback and ensuring service standards and presentation remain consistently high.
• Managing administration, payroll, accounts receivable and operational reporting.
• Ensuring all licensing, food safety, WHS and regulatory requirements are met.
• Maintaining productive relationships with suppliers, guests, employees and ownership.
• Bringing fresh ideas and a proactive approach to the continued development of the business.

What You'll Bring
You'll be a proven hospitality leader with the commercial awareness and operational experience to manage a multi-faceted hotel environment. Equally important is your ability to engage with people, lead by example and create a positive workplace culture.
We're looking for:

• Previous General Manager, Hotel Manager or senior operational management experience within hospitality.
• Experience overseeing multiple departments, ideally across accommodation and food and beverage.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, labour cost control and reporting.
• Confidence managing, mentoring and developing teams.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems such as RMS or similar.
• An understanding of accounts receivable and general financial administration.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of WA liquor licensing, food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Current, or the ability to obtain, a WA Approved Manager card and RSA.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

The Package & Opportunity

• $115,000 – $130,000 + super, depending on experience.
