A multi-property hotel management group is looking for a General Manager to take full ownership of one of its hotel properties. If you can run a P&L, lead a management team that actually delivers, and hold a hotel to a real standard of guest experience, keep reading.Duties & Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Owning the hotel's day-to-day operations and overall business strategy
- Taking full P&L accountability, from budgeting and forecasting to cost control and revenue growth
- Driving service standards across rooms, food and beverage, and every guest touchpoint
- Leading and developing a management team that's genuinely accountable
- Managing relationships with ownership, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Keeping compliance, licensing, and brand standards tight across the property
Desired Experience & Qualification
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 8+ years in hotel management, including time in a General Manager or senior operations role
- A relevant hospitality qualification
- Real P&L experience, not just budget input
- Solid working knowledge of rooms division and food and beverage operations
- A valid driver's licence and your own transport
- The ability to lead a team and hold the line on standards, even under pressure
