In this role, you will be responsible for three Munich Marriott hotels: the newly opened Munich Marriott Hotel City West, the Munich Marriott Hotel, and the Courtyard by Marriott Munich City Center. You will play a pivotal role in driving commercial success and supporting our ambition to further strengthen our position within the Munich hospitality market.

As a key member of our Executive Committee, you will work closely with operational and commercial teams to optimize total hotel revenues across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other revenue streams. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to continuously expand your expertise and further develop your professional skills.

To complement our Executive Committee, we are looking for a Multi Property Director of Revenue Strategy (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible date on a full-time basis.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Analyze business data and prepare reports, charts, and presentations for senior leadership and the Corporate Office.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize total hotel revenues, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other revenue streams, while increasing market share.
• Forecast future demand, manage demand patterns, and establish controls to optimize all relevant revenue channels.
• Develop, design, and execute selling, pricing, and total revenue strategies in close collaboration with the Property Director of Sales & Distribution.
• Actively support the budgeting process and prepare forecasts in partnership with the Multi Property Director of Sales & Marketing while overseeing forecasting and budgeting activities across all three hotels.
• Monitor market developments and analyze the effectiveness of pricing and total revenue strategies.
• Prepare the monthly month-end revenue report.
• Provide regular reporting and business insights to the General Managers of all three hotels.
• Set performance objectives, conduct coaching sessions, and lead employee development discussions.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor team members while fostering a high-performing team culture.

• Several years of experience in a comparable Revenue Management leadership role.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Excellent understanding of the hospitality industry.
• Outstanding communication skills in both English and German.
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
• A collaborative team player with a modern leadership style and hands-on mentality, supported by strong interpersonal skills.
• A passion for exceeding expectations and delivering outstanding business results.
